This PR adds the following test cases:
The mountain test cases are provided with a damping layer on the lateral and top boundaries.
These test cases can be found in: Giraldo et. al, A study of spectral element and discontinuous Galerkin methods for the Navier-Stokes equations in nonhydrostatic mesoscale atmospheric modeling: Equation sets and test cases [JCP, 2008]
Linear Hydrostatic Mountain:
Linear non-Hydrostatic Mountain: vertical velocity contour
Mountain Schär: vertical velocity contour
Density Current over orography (note: typically this test case is presented with the viscosity term in the momentum equation)
